Friendship Fair 2012

So every year in Seoul they have this Friendship Fair in Seoul and it is all about countries form around the world coming together and they share crafts, food and traditions from their country.  So my friends and I go mostly for the food but it is also a nice chance to have a change in our everyday scene.  But man do they have a lot of food and it is all so delicious.  You have to be careful because you eat a lot.  Luckily each booth only sells small portions of their food so you can sample it but still have room for more from other places.

So my first stop was a delicious kebab from Turkey and it was so good.

The festival is at City Hall which has many open places and fun things to see.

We had a nice, large groups of us that went.  It was me, Rachel, Sally, Jean, Melissa, Julian, Lauren, Nic, Shawna, Bob, Justine and we met up with Kelley, Sylvester and Heewon.  And having a beautiful day always helps and it was so nice.

And of course it would not be a Korean event if there was not some other thing going on with beautiful women in nice gowns doing something.

Just another random thing we needed to make a photo op of.

So another great weekend with awesome people and having these kinds of weekends reminds me why I came back to Korea and how many amazing people I know and love here.  I work hard so time goes fast and I can have weekends like this one.
