For Christmas this year I kind of did a lot for my home room. I had them write letters to Santa and I sent the letters to "Santa." Santa then sent my class Dr. Seuss books. They all got their own books, a personal letter and a cookie! Most of the kids were excited and we had fun reading the books. I did the whole Elf of the Shelf bit and Mickey the Elf brought the books form Santa because they had been doing so well! Here are a couple pics of the kids and their books. I also took a video because their reading is so good and improving so much!
All the kids with their books!
Since we had Christmas day off at work we had out Christmas activity day on Christmas Eve. So each teacher has a class for 30 minutes and then we switch. So I decided to do shaving cream art with the kids and the seemed to really love it. Korean kids don't like to get odd things on their hands so a few of the kids took some time to get into it but once they did they had a great time! Very fun but very, very messy! I also have to get into the part and I had my reindeer antlers and a Christmas apron!
Ryan's younger brother, Alex, joined us for the day!
Some kids did draw somethings and did a really good job. Jenny!
Reindeer buddy; Sunny!
Time to go clean our hands and I had them all put their hands in the air so they wouldn't touch anything!!

I think I got the most excitement out of MiT! They loved it and so many smiles!
My little Hannah!
I was a bit worried about the bay class but they actually did a good job staying fairly clean. Only one little girl took her shaving cream and spread it all over her face! Here is Mike being as cute as always!
Amy loving it!
Normal Mike!!
After all the activities and lunch Santa came to visit and gave all the kids their toys. Here they are looking pretty happy!
Since everyone has work and no vacation yet we had a dinner at a restaurant and since we were supposed to be so many people we got our own room at the place. Melissa, Jules and baby Arwyn joined Gook lookin'; family!
Kelley, Joe, Nic and Lauren also were there with me, Justine and her sister! Great dinner and Lauren and I made some desserts so we had our big dinner followed by desserts so almost like home!! Great evening and then I went to spend the night at Justine's!
I actually had a good Christmas for not being at home and spent some good time with my friends and "Korean family "
