Dinosaur Museum Field Trip

Another field trip with school and we went tome some small museum about dinosaurs.  It was a kind of interesting place but small and the kids lost interest very quickly.  But they seemed to have a good time and it was more time not in class.

Cool prehistoric turtle.  I liked this one!

Upstairs they had models of the dinosaurs and it was a bit more interesting but then we had to have the kids just hang around for 40 minutes doing pretty much nothing entertaining themselves.

They had very graphic displays!

There were a few living animals and the kids loved this part.

A mammoth skull in their working area.  So big!!

My really crazy Princeton class.  Eight of them now and they are a bit harder to control!

What cute butts!

Psy Concert

So an opportunity came up in Korea which I could not pass up and thanks to Justine for going with me.  Psy came to Korea and put on a free concert in City Hall area.  The next day I found out that 80,000+ people were at that concert that night.  It was so packed we barely had room to even dance let alone move.  But we went, we heard "Gangnam Style" and left.  Getting back to the subway was a whole other task.  At one point in the subway we had to merge into a smaller hall and we had absolutely no control of our movement.  We were being pushed along and luckily slowly cause if you fell, it would not be good.  So anyways here are some pictures I tried to get of the concert but we were so very far away and I never actually saw Psy himself but got his picture on the tv screen.  Very cool event and so happy I went even if it meant getting home really late and having to work the next day!

Family in Seoul!

After Busan we had about two days to tour Seoul.  One day Aunt Anne and Uncle Mike went to the DMZ while mom, dad, Justine and I went to the pet cafe and took our time around Hongdae!  After some drama with Uncle Mike and his passport we made it to the pet cafe.

Now back from Busan I had to take mom and dad to the pet cafe that I love to visit all the time.  Justine was nice and came to join us and everyone loved it.  I will never get enough of the pet cafe!

Dads new buddy.

This little puppy was so much fun and really hard to get a good picture of because she would not stop moving.

It was also Lauren's birthday while everyone was here so she and Nic had a little get together at their place and it was really nice to have everyone hang out!

Most of the group!  Back L-R: Dad, mom, Aunt Anne, Lauren, Lauren's mom Karen and Nic. Front L-R: Justine, me and Shawna!

Headed out for a very long day to Seoul Tower, Namdaemun market, a palace and Insa-dong!!

Next day: Onto Seoul Tower on Namsan!

Getting ready to take the cable car up!

The lock trees.

At the top taking a rest!

Cool shadow pic of the tower.

Cute giraffe's in the tower!

Onto Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul.

Very busy day because of the holiday!

Beautiful view of the palace!

Wondering what is going on!?!?!

I have been to this palace many times but it is really, really beautiful!

Good lookin' parents!

Their last night before leaving I showed them my market and a man had a really, really cute little puppy and let us all play with it for a little!
