Gyeongbokgung Palace

Justine's mom is in town and we were going to go to the bus tour but just toured the palace instead.  It was a VERY hot day but it was fun.

Justine and her mom.

I love flowers.

Once we exited the palace there was this sign to a naked museum and we were going to go but it doesn't open until 2013.  So I will try and go then.

We did find this really cute little street that led us directly to Insa-dong.  I love how close everything really is on the surface but we don't know because we take the subways everywhere.

Once back in Guri we saw these puppies for sale and OMG I wanted one.  So cute and fun.  Looked just like Cloe when she was little but luckily I am responsible sometimes and resisted.  It was hard to pull Justine's mom away.

They were healthy looking so it made it easier to pull away!

Great day touring and it was fun to be a tourists again.

Wakeboarding on the Han River

Yes!  I actually got to go wake-boarding and it was awesome.  Rachel has a friend who owns a little pier thing where you can pay and do water sports.  A bit pricey but totally worth it.  So we went for the day and had a BBQ and relaxed.  Bob and I went wake-boarding and dd the flying fish.  Kelly and Rachel did the flying fish as well and we got Rachel to go skiing.
In attendance was: Kelly, Rachel, Jo, Bob, Shawna, Justine, Rachel's niece and nephew and me!

It's time.  It had been 2 years since I was wake-boarding last but I got up on my second try.  So you pay per ride and it is quite a long ride.  I was so tired by the end I wanted him to go back to the dock!

Flying fish!

Me, Sally and Justine!

My turn with Bob.  Very cool toy and you do go flying for short spurts!

Time for some sun!

Awesome day and can't wait to go back!
